Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat communication.
  • Effectively manage customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Offer accurate information regarding products, services, and order processes.
  • Work closely with colleagues across departments to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is also required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Prior experience in customer service or a related role is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using technology, including CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, as necessary.
