Job description

Our client is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruitment Resourcer to join their
dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for researching global companies and identifying the
right contacts to send candidate CVs to. You will focus on finding the most relevant decision-makers,
keeping accurate records, and ensuring all communication is clear and professional. This is a fantastic

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify Target Contacts: Conduct in-depth research to identify relevant companies and key decision-makers who may be interested in reviewing candidate profiles.
  • Candidate Profile Distribution: Match candidate profiles with suitable roles across global companies and share CVs with the appropriate contacts.
  • Record-Keeping & Organization: Maintain detailed and accurate records of outreach activities, including companies contacted, communication logs, and status updates on potential opportunities.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with senior consultants and recruitment teams to ensure candidates are presented to the right contacts at the right time.
  • Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates on research efforts, outreach activities, and candidate responses to senior consultants or recruitment managers.
  • Professional Communication: Draft clear, concise, and professional emails or messages to effectively present candidate profiles to potential employers.
  • Database Management: Keep a well-organized and regularly updated database of contacts and candidates.
Requirements
  • Strong research skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in using search engines, LinkedIn, and other business platforms to identify key contacts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write in clear, professional English.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks with accuracy under tight deadlines.
  • A proactive and resourceful attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes is a plus but not mandatory.
