Job description

A leading Fin-tech company with headquarters in the Isreal is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts with a focus on reputation management and social media marketing in international markets. The ideal candidate will have a friendly yet professional communication style and a strong ability to build, train, and lead high-performing marketing teams. They will play a critical role in managing strategy, team processes, and marketing executions to strengthen our global presence and brand reputation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Leadership and Team Development

    • Build and lead a world-class marketing team.
    • Design and execute comprehensive training and onboarding programs.
    • Create and manage team shifts and workflow processes to optimize productivity.
  2. Marketing Strategy and Execution

    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance reputation and social media presence.
    • Oversee the creation and execution of innovative marketing campaigns tailored to international audiences.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  3. Reputation and Social Media Management

    • Establish and maintain a positive brand image across multiple platforms.
    • Monitor and respond to social media interactions, ensuring a consistent and professional tone.
    • Utilize data analytics to measure and improve the impact of marketing activities.
  4. Global Market Expertise

    • Leverage insights into international markets to guide marketing strategy and execution.

Requirements

  • Experience:

    • Years of Experience: A minimum of 5 years.
    • Significant experience leading marketing teams in international markets.
    • Proven expertise in marketing strategy, campaign execution, and team onboarding.
    • Advantageous: Experience in the Fin-tech, Finance Sector, or cross-cultural marketing environments.
