Role Overview

RTX is seeking a Sr. Manager, Cybersecurity Capability Maturity to join the Enterprise Services Cybersecurity team.  This position will report into the Director of Operational Excellence in Strategy & Transformation.  The role will deliver services that drive the operational execution of our capability maturity transformation to standardize, mature, and scale services that reduce systemic risk.

What You Will Do:

  • Implement a capability maturity strategy and establish robust operational plans
  • Execute plans to optimize cybersecurity capabilities at the pace of business
  • Sustain the capability maturity baselines and enable benchmarking
  • Oversee delivery of assessments and documented evidence
  • Maintain program cadence, metrics and effective communication of progress
  • Coach and leverage matrixed resources to accomplish critical milestones
  • Build collaborative partnerships to deliver results and drive program adoption
  • Ensure data consistency and alignment with defined service catalog
  • Leverage CORE to optimize strategic influence and operational excellence

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum of 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience.
  • Experience with CMMI or applicable maturity models

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position.

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
