Business Process Lead III

Location: Ontario- Remote

What you’ll be working on

  • Lead and manage AI-driven business process improvement projects, ensuring successful delivery of results and alignment with company goals.

  • Serve as an ambassador for AI, promoting AI adoption across the organization and ensuring that AI initiatives are aligned with business needs and customer outcomes.

  • Refine and enforce governance standards and best practices for the use of AI across the enterprise, ensuring adherence to compliance and regulatory guidelines.

  • Drive the implementation and adoption of AI platforms, working closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and impact.

  • Collaborate with various business units to understand needs and deliver AI-based solutions that solve critical business challenges.

  • Apply intellectual curiosity and critical thinking to understand not just “what” needs to be done but “why” it is necessary, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

  • Drive results by leveraging analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and measure the impact of AI-driven initiatives.

  • Communicate effectively, presenting complex data and results in an understandable manner that is appropriate for different audiences, ranging from technical teams to executive leadership.

  • Champion customer-centric approaches, ensuring that AI solutions enhance the customer experience and drive value for our stakeholders.

  • Contribute to R&D efforts by exploring new AI technologies and methodologies, and apply them to deliver tangible business results.

What you’ll need to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

  • 5+ years relevant work experience

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on continuous improvement.

  • Ability to work independently and/or as a team member
