Job Overview:
The Sales Recovery Representative specializes in revitalizing relationships with nonprofit organizations that have previously used our software or have gone through the sales process and are now in need of reigniting interest in the DonorSearch Platform. This role involves identifying customer needs that were not met during the initial presentations or customer experience, presenting multiple tailored solutions, and re-guiding clients through the sales process so they can implement or re-implement DonorSearch's platforms to achieve their fundraising and operational goals.
