Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesCultivate and maintain strong relationships with retail brokers and agenciesUnderstand Executive Risk insurance needs and provide customized solutions to retail partnersDevelop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets while identifying new business opportunities Collaborate with Anzen marketing and distribution teams to cross-sell Executive Risk insurance productsTrack Executive Risk insurance market trends and developmentsPlace insurance coverage with reputable carriers by negotiating terms and conditions while advising clients on risk mitigation strategies and best practicesCollaborate with internal teams, including underwriting, technology, legal, and productProvide mentorship and support to junior team membersQualificationsBachelor's degree in insurance, risk management, business, or comparable experienceActive insurance licenses as required for the role3+ years of experience as a wholesale Executive Risk insurance broker with a deep understanding of client needsProven track record of successful client relationship management and business developmentStrong knowledge of Executive Risk insurance products and market trendsExcellent negotiation, decision making, time management, and communication skills.ExtrasProfessional certifications (e.g., RPLU, CPCU) are a plusPrevious experience with cutting-edge insurance technology or insurtech platformsProactive attitude towards continuous learning and professional developmentJoin Anzen and be part of a forward-thinking team, driving growth through technology and expert knowledge in Executive Risk, Cyber, and Professional Liability.
