Minimum 5 years relevant experience in a technical delivery position. Overall IT industry experience of over 10 years.
Experience supporting and documenting IT projects
Proficient with MSO applications (Word, PowerPoint, Project) & Jira, Confluence/SharePoint
Ability to work with diverse technical, product and functional teams globally
Knowledge of AWS and SaaS implementations
Ability to quickly grasp and communicate technically complex issues
