We are seeking a Technical Training & Program Specialist to support one of our top clients in delivering high-quality technical learning experiences. This role requires a blend of training delivery, content management, stakeholder engagement, and light program management skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong presence in virtual training environments, technical aptitude, and the ability to manage and enhance training content.
Training Delivery & Facilitation: Deliver engaging virtual training sessions on tools such as Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Copilot, and Andromeda (client will provide Train-the-Trainer support).
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business partners to assess training needs, discuss program requirements, and provide expert recommendations.
Content Management & Course Promotion: Update training materials, edit recordings, and support knowledge-sharing through internal communication channels and social platforms.
Program Management Support: Take meeting notes, track action items, and support initiatives as a Project Captain for key programs.
SharePoint Development: Design, create, and maintain SharePoint-based sites to support various stakeholders.
Virtual Training Management: Deliver training via Microsoft Teams without dedicated producer support, ensuring seamless execution.
