• You'll be comfortable in a small, nimble, and high performing team - this is a startup!
• You'll ask for help, show vulnerability and empathy in technical conversations
• You'll bring extreme ownership to the problems you're asked to solve - we value outcomes
• You'll communicate often in the open - our team norms include Looms, public Slack discussions and huddles, guided PR walkthroughs and demos
• You'll be comfortable crossing into and learning technical areas that are not your specialty
• You use first principles-based thinking to create pragmatic solutions to complicated problems

In the interest of full transparency, the salary for this role will be $150k - $170k.
