As our Field Sales Team Manager, you'll be the driving force behind a team of up to 10 Business Development Managers in a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment. Your mission is clear: Find. Win. Keep. Grow. You'll be selling our cutting-edge digital marketing solutions and steering your team to new heights of success.


Responsibilities:

•Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of up to 10 sales professionals towards a growth mindset

•Provide ongoing coaching and development to foster a culture of continuous improvement and skill enhancement.

•Ensure adherence to a defined sales process, refining and optimizing strategies for increased efficiency and success.

•Take ownership of revenue targets, implementing strategies for consistent achievement and exceeding of solution sales goals.

•Implement and maintain robust performance metrics to track individual and team progress, regularly reporting on key performance indicators.

•Facilitate training sessions and onboarding programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

•Drive the adoption of best practices, leveraging your experience to cultivate a high-performance sales culture.


Experience / Technical Requirements:

•Clear understanding of a sales methodology/process

•Proven track record of coaching and developing sales teams and business leads

•Previous experience in a similar Digital marketing role

•Experience within solution selling / SAAS

•Comfortable with high-level spending clients

• Google certified or relevant digital qualifications preferred

• Full UK Driving Licence (no more than 6 points)
