The Director of Process Integration role presents a unique opportunity to shape the future of semiconductor manufacturing in the United States. Responsibilities:
Lead technology transfer and process integration activities across the facility
Direct cross-functional teams in developing new process technologies
Oversee complex data analysis from metrology and electrical characterization
Drive implementation of novel device architectures and technologies
Manage process development and qualification initiatives
Guide yield improvement and performance enhancement efforts
Lead and mentor process integration engineering teams
Establish and maintain technical excellence standards
Collaborate with research partners and stakeholders
Drive innovation in manufacturing processes
Required Skills and Experience:
PhD or Master's in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
12+ years semiconductor process integration experience
Proven leadership in technology development and transfer
Expert knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes
Strong background in metrology and electrical characterization
Track record of successful process optimization projects
Excellence in cross-functional team leadership
Deep analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Preferred Skills & Experience
Experience with advanced packaging technologies
Publication record in semiconductor process integration
