Quality, Systems & Performance Analyst

Job Description

To update, maintain, and continually develop the CMO’s management systems (CMO Way & CMS), our mobile platform (AppCan), and suite of Power BI dashboards. The role ensures that these systems and dashboards are user-friendly, accurate, and relevant, adhering to the required processes and procedures set by Costain and the client (Cadent).

Responsibilities

System Maintenance:

Maintain 'the CMO Way' SharePoint communication site, AppCan mobile application platform, and the Costain Management System (CMS) SQL database to meet contract requirements.

Dashboard Development

Liaise with process owners to maintain and develop performance dashboards using Power BI, ensuring the dashboards display accurate information.

CMS Development

Collaborate with process owners and CMS system developers to enhance the CMS, identifying and implementing improvements.

Documentation

Work with process owners to produce and update process maps, flowcharts, data collectors, forms, and other system documentation within 'the CMO Way' and AppCan.

Business Case Support

Assist in writing business cases for software and process improvement projects.

Verification Checks

Perform verification checks following the publication and updates of any system or dashboard.

Training And Briefings

Develop and deliver management system briefings and training sessions.

Communication

Communicate system and dashboard changes throughout the contract and its supply chain.

Audits

Conduct internal and supply chain audits.

Additional Duties

Carry out other duties as required, appropriate for this role.

Qualifications

Essential

• Strong proficiency in Power BI and data analysis
• Excellent attention to detail and diligence in ensuring data accuracy
• Effective communication skills for training and briefings
• Ability to identify gaps and areas for improvements within a management system
• Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
• Good written and creative skills required to produce process maps, flowcharts,
• procedures, forms, guidance documents and presentations.
• IT literate, intermediate level Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Operating knowledge of process mapping software such as Visio
• Knowledge of SQL databases
• Target focused
• Ability to work to deadlines
• Creative and inquisitive

• Knowledge of AppCan, creating data collectors and document distributers
• Internal auditor
• Experience of auditing supply chains
