The Customer Account Manager is responsible for the relationship and sales efforts of our existing customers. Coordinates cross functionally to assist with the sales process, as well as create a relationship with the existing customer base.
Duties
Consistently meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas, while also driving weekly pipeline creation goals.
Deliver efficient and comprehensive product demos to customers alongside the Sales Solutions team.
Keep customers informed about product offerings and functionalities, ensuring they are up-to-date with our latest enhancements and releases.
Understand and articulate complex business issues, demonstrating how our technology can effectively address these challenges.
Foster long-term relationships with customer leadership teams, developing reference ability within our install base.
Partner with colleagues across Epicor to promote and sell our solutions.
Conduct thorough account and territory planning to maximize sales opportunities.
Utilize social selling and leverage your network to generate leads.
Actively follow up on company-generated leads and innovative marketing campaigns within your territory.
Be prepared for some travel to support sales efforts.
Knowledge
Proven presentation and demonstration skills.
Self-starter with the ability to operate independently.
2+ years ERP experience.
2+ years account management and/or sales experience including customer satisfaction.
2+ years of consistent quota attainment.
Qualifications
3+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
