1. Take care of the regular operations of the bresarri.
2. Achieving the desired quality of execution work
3. Develop Vendors To Execute the Outlet Cost Control
4. Should Be A People Leader And Able To Motivate People To Get Things Done On Time.
5. Able to perform minor troubleshooting tasks.
6. Ensures all operations are in compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations.
7. Ensuring that all caf expenses are within budget and identifying ways to decrease operational costs.
8. Prepare the schedule of shifts
9. Resolving customer complaints regarding food quality and customer service.
10. Capable of organizing events.
11. Supervising staff and providing assistance as needed.
12. Keeping daily records.
