Job Description:
● Monthly Production Goals
● Detailed Weekly Production Plan
● Ensuring Cost Effectiveness
● Delivery dates are followed
● Fittings are good & finishings are of high quality
● Managing human and material resources
● Estimating costs and setting the quality standards
● Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed
● Selection and maintenance of equipment
● Liaising among different departments, e.g. suppliers, managers
● Working with the team to implement the company’s goals
● Reviewing the performance of subordinates
● Identifying training needs
● Coordinate with the design team for samples
