Role and Responsibilities:
The SSIS + SQL + Talend Developer will play a crucial role in the migration and development of ETL solutions using SSIS, SQL Server, Talend, Oracle, and MySQL. You will work closely with a team of developers, architects, and business analysts to design and implement effective ETL processes.
  • Design, develop, and understand ETL solutions for the migration of SSIS packages to Talend.
  • Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and design ETL solutions that align with business needs.
  • Create and maintain documentation of ETL processes, including data mappings, transformations, and workflows.
  • Test and debug ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
  • Work with data analysts to understand data sources and ensure data quality and consistency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ETL processes.
  • Assist with the deployment and monitoring of ETL processes.

Candidate Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in ETL development using SSIS, SQL Server, and Talend.
  • Strong understanding of ETL concepts, data integration, and data warehousing.
  • Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and scripting languages.
  • Experience with Oracle and MySQL databases is a plus.
