AS 400 (IBMi + Infor XA)

Role and Responsibilities:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a development role writing code and technical specifications for Custom applications and ERP systems. They should be proficient in RPGLE, CLLE, and Infor XA/Mapics COM module experience along with the ability to create and maintain IBM i programs, modules, tables, indexes, procedures, and functions. Ability to create and maintain embedded SQL, test, diagnose and fix customization/enhancement issues is also a must. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple project assignments and should possess strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills and strong organizational skills are essential. A strong customer service orientation is preferred.

Candidate Qualifications:

The candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a development role with a thorough knowledge of RPGLE, Infor XA/Mapics COM module experience. Knowledge of customization and development in an IBM iSeries environment is preferable. Good proficiency in embedded SQL and debug tools is a must-have.
