Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Full Stack Engineer (Python/Django - React/Next.js) to join our team in the Philippines (remotely). You will embody our company culture and use your craft and creativity to help us take our MEDDICC operating system to the next level. You will be working on our Backend API in Django and the Frontend React application.

Responsibilities

Craft: You will use your craft to develop and maintain web applications using React and Next.js on the front end and Python/Django on the back end under the guidance of more experienced team members. You will learn troubleshooting and debugging techniques while working on smaller components and features.

Craving: We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who is driven and motivated to learn. You should be eager to grow your skills, seek feedback, and continuously improve your coding abilities.

Curiosity: Curiosity is an essential trait for a Junior Full Stack Developer on our team. You should have the ability to ask questions, research solutions, and develop your understanding of our tech stack and processes.

Creativity: As a Full Stack Developer, you should be open to exploring different approaches to solving problems while adhering to team standards and best practices.

Clock-Speed: As a start-up, our organization operates at a fast pace. You should be able to work as part of a team, manage your assigned tasks, and communicate proactively if you need assistance.

Coachability: Being receptive to feedback, open to learning, and adaptable to new processes or technologies is crucial in this role. We value continuous improvement and offer opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.

Communication: Good communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role. You should be comfortable asking for help when needed and documenting your work.

Requirements

• Must be legally residing in the Philippines for the duration of employment
  
  

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in full stack development
• Familiarity with React and Next.js
• Familiarity with Python / Django
• Knowledge of CSS, HTML, and JavaScript
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
