Job Summary

As a Marketing Executive, you will provide critical support across various marketing activities, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality output. You’ll be at the heart of our marketing operations, managing leads, supporting SEO efforts, tracking performance, and helping maintain our HubSpot platform. This role is essential in keeping our campaigns on track and enabling the broader team to deliver impactful results.

We might be biased, but this is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to level-up their marketing career within a fast-paced, media-first business. Working alongside a talented team of creative and strategic professionals, you'll gain hands-on experience and play a key role in driving our marketing initiatives forward.

Lead Management & Segmentation

You’ll be responsible for downloading, cleansing, and segmenting lead databases to maintain accurate and actionable data. Your work will support targeted marketing efforts and ensure seamless lead-tracking processes.

Lead Updates & Reporting

Collaborating with the team, you’ll track lead activity, monitor their progress through the funnel, and pull data to create comprehensive marketing performance reports. Your attention to detail will ensure timely updates and insights to drive campaign effectiveness.

SEO & Content Support

You’ll assist in enhancing our online visibility by supporting SEO initiatives, including keyword research, content optimisation, and performance tracking. This role may also involve supporting content creation to ensure consistent and compelling messaging across platforms.

HubSpot Page Creation & Management

As part of your role, you’ll create and update our website, ensuring our pages and content are effectively showcased and aligned with our brand. You’ll also work with the wider team to launch sequences and automation on HubSpot to nurture leads through the funnel.

Quality Assurance

You’ll play a crucial role in maintaining high standards across all marketing outputs, sense-checking links, emails, and tracking setups to ensure error-free execution.

General Marketing Support

Your role will involve various other marketing tasks, such as supporting new project launches, assisting with campaign execution, and collaborating with the team to optimise workflows and tools.

We’d love it if you ticked some of our boxes (but they’re not essential to apply):

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A self-starter mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative on projects
  • Passionate about marketing and supporting sales & revenue
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude, ready to work effectively with team members across departments
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Open to feedback and direction, with a focus on continuous improvement and development
