In-House Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor | Legal Tech Start-Up | London (Remote)


Are you a solicitor with experience in leasehold enfranchisement? Do you thrive in innovative, fast-paced environments? If so, this is an exciting opportunity to help shape the legal team of a rapidly growing legal-tech startup.

With the leasehold market on the brink of significant change, the company see a unique opportunity to take their business to the next level. As they prepare for this transition, the team are seeking a highly motivated and experienced solicitor to join our team.


About the Role

You will handle lease extensions and collective enfranchisement matters, working closely with their in-house valuers, external solicitors, and other partners. Delivering exceptional customer service is a core focus of the business, and you will play a key role in maintaining their strong reputation.


You will act as a key point of contact for negotiations and communications with solicitors, surveyors, landlords, and other third parties.


You will Identify and implement ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness in case management through process and technology advancements. You will also identify potential risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance across all areas of the business.


Requirements

  • 3+PQE solicitor with experience in leasehold enfranchisement, particularly statutory lease extensions.
  • Comfortable working in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in legal technology and process improvement.
