About the role


  • The role is a key position within Our client GR&RS (Global Research & Risk solutions) sales team to drive sales and business development activities in the region.
  • This role’s primary responsibility is to achieve new business targets for our client GR&RS services.
  • The candidate will develop relationships with decision-making CxO level executives at commercial and regional banks, as well as drive the sales cycle of all sales opportunities in his / her respective portfolio / territory from initial prospect communication through contract execution working along with service line and solutioning teams which are located both onsite and offshore.



As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for...


  • Engaging with key clients, prospects, industry experts to build strategic relationships with commercial and regional banks in areas such as corporate and commercial lending, lending operations, structured finance, model risk management, portfolio monitoring, data and risk management.
  • Adding new logos and mine existing engagements to expand the market share
  • Working closely with Global Head of Sales and Service Line leaders to plan and executing market entry strategies for new products and services, ensuring successful traction
  • Collaborating with internal teams including presales, marketing, delivery to align sales efforts and deliver a high-quality client experience
  • Acting as a senior ambassador of the business by representing at industry events, conferences, and seminars in the region
  • Preparing and presenting regular updates on sales performance, market trends to the Global Head of Sales.


What you already have...


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.


Skills required


  • 8 + plus years of experience with proven expertise in working with commercial and regional banks
  • Experience in corporate/commercial/and wholesale banking
  • Strong business acumen with a demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets in the region
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to negotiate and influence at all stakeholder levels
  • Understanding of customer decision making criteria as it pertains to offshore services, consulting, enterprise solutions
  • Willingness to travel to meet customers as needed.
