Manage and execute the payroll process for over 800 employees.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies and current labor regulations.
Handle payroll-related inquiries and manage external entity updates.
Work in a hybrid model from Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 5:30 pm.

Descripción Del Cargo
Estamos en la búsqueda de un(a) Analista de Nómina altamente capacitado(a) para unirse a nuestro equipo de trabajo en la ciudad de Medellín. En esta posición, serás responsable de gestionar y ejecutar el proceso de nómina de más de 800 empleados, asegurando la exactitud y cumplimiento de las políticas internas, así como el cumplimiento de las normativas laborales vigentes.
Requisitos
Formación: Tecnólogo graduado o estudiantes de últimos semestres de carrera profesional en, Contaduría, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines.
Experiencia: Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en el manejo de nómina para empresas de más de 200 empleados.
Conocimientos:
Dominio de los programas de nómina y operadores de pago de seguridad social.
Excel intermedio.
Conocimiento básico en cuentas contables.
Conocimiento en gestión de novedades de entidades externas relacionadas con nómina.
Horarios: lunes a viernes 7:30am a 5:30pm
