We are expanding our global sales team and looking for proactive, goal-oriented Business Development & Sales Consultants to help source new business opportunities.
This is a contract role (5 hours per week, 1 hour per day, Monday to Friday) that offers flexibility, autonomy, and high earning potential. The base pay is in your local currency, plus generous commission for deals closed.
Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach - Identify and engage potential clients using your network, LinkedIn, email, and cold-calling.
Client Relationship Building - Develop strong relationships with decision-makers, HR leaders, and business owners.
Sales Pipeline Management - Track leads, follow up on conversations, and keep opportunities moving.
Sales Presentations & Pitches - Clearly communicate the value of Rosies People services to prospective clients.
Collaboration with Internal Teams - Work closely with our consultancy team to align sales strategies with client needs
Market & Industry Research - Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and client challenges to position our solutions effectively.
Requirements

Ideal Candidates Have
Proven experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (1+ years)
️ A strong professional network of HR leaders, business owners, or decision-makers
️ Excellent communication & negotiation skills
️ A results-driven mindset - self-motivated and able to meet targets independently
Experience in HR, consulting, staffing, or recruitment services (preferred, but not required)
Ability to work autonomously without the need for constant oversight
Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
