Your Role
As an Account Manager for the DACH market, you’ll be at the core of our growth strategy. Your mission? Build strong relationships, convert leads into loyal customers, and position Simbase as the go-to connectivity solution for startups and SMBs in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
This is a remote role based in Germany, but you’ll travel regularly to our Amsterdam HQ to connect with the team, collaborate on strategy, and stay aligned with our fast-moving business.
What You’ll Do
✅ Develop and manage the DACH market, nurturing relationships with new and existing clients.
✅ Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell opportunities and converting prospects into long-term customers.
✅ Build trust and credibility through consultative sales and a deep understanding of client business challenges.
✅ Source new leads via cold calling, networking, and market research, establishing a strong presence in the region.
✅ Represent Simbase at industry trade shows in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, forging valuable connections.
✅ Travel regularly to Amsterdam HQ for in-person collaboration with the Sales and Marketing teams.
What You Bring
🔹 2-3 years of experience in Sales or Account Management (B2B SaaS experience is a plus).
🔹 Proven ability to manage SME clients, drive sales, and build strong relationships.
🔹 Fluent in German & English, both written and spoken.
🔹 A proactive, resourceful, and adaptable mindset suited to a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

🔹 Based in Düsseldorf, Cologne, or another area in Germany with easy train access to Amsterdam.
