Posizione:

The ideal candidate will have expertise in AI architecture, computer vision, and natural language processing (NLP), along with a strong background in deploying scalable and efficient AI models in production environments.The ideal candidate will have expertise in AI architecture, computer vision, and natural language processing (NLP), along with a strong background in deploying scalable and efficient AI models in production environments.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop the AI and Machine Learning architecture aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
• Lead the integration of computer vision and NLP into our platforms to optimize psychometric evaluation.
• Define and oversee the necessary infrastructure for training, deploying, and maintaining AI models.
• Collaborate with software development and data science teams to ensure efficiency and scalability of AI solutions.
• Automate processes with ia solutions (RPA)
• Evaluate new AI technologies and frameworks to improve model accuracy and processing speed.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, ethics, and transparency regulations in AI applications.
• Develop strategies to optimize models for cloud and on-premise environments.
• Create technical documentation and best practices for AI adoption within the company.
  
  

Requisiti:

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in AI/Machine Learning, LLM with a proven track record in AI architecture.
• Experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
• Knowledge of computer vision (OpenCV, YOLO, Detectron, etc.) and NLP (Transformers, BERT, GPT, SpaCy, etc.).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc) and MLOps environments (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow).
• Experience in designing and optimizing databases for AI data storage and processing.
• Understanding of agile methodologies and DevOps for AI model deployment.
• Strong ability to work in cross-functional teams and communicate technical solutions to various stakeholders.
  
  

Nice to Have:

• Experience in AI applications for psychometrics or neuroscience.
• Knowledge of data regulations (GDPR, HIPAA) related to AI in health and psychology.
• Research publications or participation in AI-related projects.
