We are currently looking for a Data Engineer to join a project for our client, a leading financial institution in the Baltics. The role involves designing and maintaining data pipelines, optimizing data delivery, and collaborating with teams to enhance data quality and reliability.

We are looking for both: mid and senior level positions - renumeration depends on your experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage efficient data pipelines for extracting and transforming data from Dynamics 365 FO.
  • Design data storage and integration solutions that align with analytical and business needs.
  • Optimize data processing workflows to ensure scalability and high performance.
  • Collaborate closely with BI and business teams to structure and prepare data for analytical purposes.
  • Maintain data governance standards, ensure data quality, and document data flows effectively.
  • Implement performance optimization strategies for data queries and storage solutions.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with data ingestion and transformation from Dynamics 365 FO.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Azure Data Factory, Synapse or Databricks for data processing.
  • Strong background in ETL/ELT architectures and working with relational and cloud databases (Azure).
  • Understanding of data governance principles and expertise in data modeling.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with BI and business stakeholders.

Nice To Have

  • Experience with scripting (Python, PowerShell) for task automation is a plus
