The Role:-
As an Initial Guidance Consultant you will be responsible for building a caseload of Apprenticeship learners in order for them to achieve their Health and Social Care qualifications at Level 3,4 and 5 depending on your occupational competence. Your diary will be pre-booked for you, your role will be to complete remote (video calls) with learners and employers in order to identify suitability and able to engage and relate to apprentices. You will promote the advantages of the apprenticeship solution whilst completing detailed paperwork and eligibility checks.
