Role Description:

This is a fully remote, part-time, or full-time position for an experienced (senior associate to senior partner level) corporate attorney in a highly respected Miami corporate & commercial real estate transactional law firm.

Qualifications:

• JD from a Top 50 U.S. law school.
• The energy, drive, and desire to work in a busy national and international corporate transactions practice.
• Florida bar membership is REQUIRED.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience (the more senior, the better) in a combination of international, M&A, general corporate, or related transactional law, preferably in an AmLaw 200 firm or another "Big Law" firm.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Bilingual or fluent in Spanish and English is REQUIRED.
• Candidate will work directly with partners, support deals, and directly manage client transactions.
• No book of business is required.

Attorney will assist in various corporate, business, M&A, corporate governance and international matters, using top legal technology. For the right person, this could lead to a long-term arrangement with significant financial opportunities.
