Job Description.
Candidate should be experienced in B2B Sales
He will be responsible for a particular State based on his prior experience & language proficiency
Candidate will be responsible for existing business retention and new business development.
Candidate should be willing to travel extensively across the assigned state.
Identifying key market segments and direct required focus on the particular segment.
Provide consistent after sales follow up and service
Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
Prepare daily reports and ensure each and every sales action is documented for future use/reference.
Responsible for formulating strategies and out of the box ideas.
Preparing a monthly sales plan for the assigned and ensuring revenue targets for the month.
He should be proactive and go getter.
Skills Set
Experience and working knowledge in the Food Industry is an added advantage
Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
He should be fluent in either one of these languages, Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, Hindi.
Candidate must be willing to travel extensively.
