Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential B2B clients using our advanced VoIP system, aiming to set 30-40 quality appointments per week for our sales team
  • Engage business owners in meaningful conversations about their payment processing needs, articulating the benefits of our solutions clearly and persuasively
  • Demonstrate resilience and creativity in overcoming objections, turning potential roadblocks into opportunities for appointment setting
  • Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment-setting targets
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM system, including detailed notes on client interactions and potential leads
  • Perform crucial data entry tasks, including submitting deals and updating client information (particularly on Thursdays and Fridays)
  • Continuously adapt to new software platforms and sales techniques, staying at the forefront of industry trends
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine pitch strategies and improve conversion rates
Requirements

  • Proven track record in B2B appointment setting or cold calling, preferably with 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
