Job Summary

Mohr Management Private Ltd is hiring a motivated Research Associate for our research division. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about data analysis, market research, and real estate insights. Your main role will be to conduct in-depth research on market trends, competitors, and client needs to support our business development and strategic initiatives. You’ll utilize various tools and methodologies to analyze data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.

This role requires a proactive approach to identifying market opportunities, compiling research-based reports, and supporting the company’s growth through data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Market Research & Data Analysis:

Conduct detailed market research on real estate trends, lease administration, and industry developments.
Analyze competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and client needs to help position Mohr Partners effectively.
Gather, clean, and interpret data from multiple sources to provide insightful recommendations.
Monitor industry regulations, economic factors, and emerging technologies affecting real estate and lease administration.

Client & Business Support

Provide research-based insights to support business development and sales teams.
Assist in preparing detailed presentations and reports for internal and client use.
Develop databases and research tools to track key metrics and industry movements.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify research needs and provide data-driven solutions.

Collaboration & Reporting

Collaborate with marketing teams to create research-driven content for promotional materials.
Maintain up-to-date research documentation and ensure easy accessibility for relevant teams.
Present findings in clear, concise reports, highlighting key takeaways and recommendations.
Support strategic planning by providing periodic research summaries and whitepapers.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in market research, data analysis, or real estate research.
Strong understanding of real estate markets and lease administration trends.
Proficiency in data analytics tools, CRM software, and visualization platforms.
Experience with research methodologies, competitive intelligence, and trend forecasting.

Certificates And/or Licenses

Certifications in Data Analysis, Market Research, or Real Estate are a plus.

Other Skills & Abilities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to provide timely, reliable, and insightful research to internal and external stakeholders.
