We are looking for an HVAC Engineer for projects related to a Residential, Office, Pharma, Schools, Daycare centers etc.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop efficient and sustainable HVAC system designs for various types of buildings and projects, ensuring compliance with local codes, industry standards, and client requirements;
Create accurate and detailed 2D and 3D HVAC system models using BIM tools;
Conduct design verifications, peer reviews, and system checks for accuracy and compliance;
Work closely with project engineers and other team members to ensure effective communication and problem-solving;
Utilizing various software tools to address all technical disciplines, including HVAC, electrical installations, and structures.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field;
Experience in HVAC engineering. We have a variety of positions available based on the candidate's expertise. We are open to all experience levels, ranging from 3 years to over 10 years of relevant experience;
Technically proficient in BIM, modeling HVAC in Revit, preferably additional skill in MagiCAD;
Skills in the design and calculation of at least two of the following HVAC areas in buildings according to European standards: domestic water, heating, drainage, and ventilation;
Very good communication skills in English (written and spoken);
Good to have: expertise in design and calculation of cooling in the building, and sewer design.
