Customer Service Specialist with Foreign Language

Work model: Hybrid / Remote

Your responsibilities:

Providing phone and email support to customers in choosen language
Resolving customer issues related to data changes, offering solutions, or supporting complaints
Maintaining good relationships with customers and ensuring high-quality service
Responsibility for client relations and delivering exceptional customer support

Our requirements:

Proficiency in German, French, Czech, Dutch, Dannish, Slovenian, Italian or Hungarian at a minimum B2 level (upper-intermediate) – mandatory
Communicative English skills at a minimum B1 level (intermediate) – mandatory
Strong communication skills and openness
High level of personal culture

Nice to have:

Experience in a similar role (corporate, e.g., in SSC/BPO sectors)
