Job description

As an AI Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of technological advancements, leveraging your expertise in artificial intelligence and machine learning. Your role involves developing and implementing AI models and systems to address business and operational challenges. You’ll collaborate with other team members to create robust and scalable solutions.

Job Responsibilities

Problem Identification:
Identify key business and operational issues that can be resolved through AI and machine learning.
Understand project needs and translate them into AI solutions. Model Development:
Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable AI models and algorithms.
Collaborate with data scientists to ensure accurate data collection and analysis. Data Insights and Testing:
Apply machine learning and data mining techniques to large datasets.
Test and validate AI models for accuracy and reliability. Communication and Documentation:
Communicate complex AI concepts effectively to stakeholders.
Stay updated with the latest developments in AI and incorporate new techniques.
Document AI processes and procedures for future reference.

Required Skills / Knowledge

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in machine learning libraries, algorithms, and data modeling.
Familiarity with Python, R, or other AI programming languages.
Experience with big data platforms and tools.
Stay informed about AI advancements and trends. Business Acumen:
Ability to align AI solutions with business strategy.
Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.

Experience

1-5 years direct experience in IT department preferred.

Education Requirements

A relevant degree such as bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Security, Business, Technical, Information Systems, Technology, or Science.

Physical Requirements

Ability to work in a shop and field environment.
Candidate must hold a valid passport and be willing to travel 10-25%.
