We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HCM UKG Analyst to support our workforce management initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering client requirements, analyzing data and configurations, and developing insightful dashboards. This role also involves supporting dashboard go-live processes and conducting knowledge transfer (KT) sessions to ensure a seamless transition for clients.

In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate with clients to elicit and document requirements for UKG Pro Workforce Management solutions.
  • Analyze client data and system configurations to optimize workforce management processes.
  • Design, develop, and unit test dashboards to enhance data visualization and decision-making.
  • Provide support during dashboard go-live, ensuring smooth deployment and user adoption.
  • Conduct knowledge transfer (KT) sessions to train client teams on dashboard functionality and best practices.

Who You Are:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in UKG Pro Workforce Management configuration.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in UKG Pro Workforce Management dashboard development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work directly with clients and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Construction industry experience is a plus but not required.
