Centric Consulting is seeking a dynamic and experienced UKG Capability Lead (UCL) to drive the growth and success of our UKG practice. As the UCL, you will be responsible for developing and closing opportunities, overseeing UKG-related client engagements, fostering talent development, and strengthening the strategic partnership between Centric and UKG. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership acumen, and business development skills.

In this role, you will:

Business Development & Opportunity Management:

  • Develop, grow, and close UKG-related opportunities.
  • Lead sales and marketing activities to expand the UKG practice.
  • Leverage your professional network to attract new clients to Centric and turn those connections into qualified leads.

Client Engagement & Delivery Oversight:

  • Oversee and ensure the successful delivery of UKG-related client engagements.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand system needs and guide transformative conversations from concept to implementation.
  • Coordinate internal and external teams to deliver high-value solutions.
  • Masterfully imagine and implement solutions that accelerate time to value through effective technology, people, and process optimization.

Project Scoping & Planning:

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to develop statements of work, develop program or project budgets, and meeting all compliance requirements across diverse industries.
  • Develop and deliver project scope, budget, and resource plans across all proposed client engagements.

Talent Development & Leadership:

  • Serve as a functional and technical expert for the entire UKG suite.
  • Recruit, retain, lead, and nurture UKG talent within Centric.
  • Provide formal supervision and leadership to technical, functional, and operational team members.
  • Lead non-home operating group talent and external vendor resources.

UKG Expertise & Relationship Management:

  • Maintain current expert knowledge of UKG platform capabilities and product roadmaps.
  • Advance the strategic relationship between Centric and UKG.

Strategic Planning & Execution:

  • Develop and align UKG strategy with Centric and HCM strategic objectives.
  • Create and execute comprehensive plans to achieve strategic goals.

Communication & Collaboration:

  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills in various settings (one-on-one, team, public speaking).
  • Foster a highly collaborative work environment within a matrixed organization.
  • Build consensus and effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Initiative: Proactive in leading sales, marketing, and networking activities.
  • Self-Management: Self-directed, self-motivated, and demonstrates high integrity.

Who You Are:

  • 10+ years of experience packaging UKG solutions to address client needs
  • 5+ years of formal supervisory experience with technical, functional, and operational talent.
  • 5+ years of experience with UKG reporting and integration tools.
  • Ability to effectively lead internal talent and external vendors in a matrixed environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Demonstrably articulate, excellent listener, and consensus builder.
