Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Eligibility Associate to join our team in the US healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for verifying patient eligibility, benefits, and coverage details with insurance providers. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify patient eligibility, benefits, and coverage details through insurance portals and calls.
  • Accurately document eligibility information and update records in the system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate eligibility checks.
  • Communicate with insurance companies to clarify benefit details.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and insurance policies related to eligibility verification.
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with reporting and data analysis related to eligibility trends and denials.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Prior experience in US healthcare eligibility verification or related field preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare insurance plans, benefits, and coverage policies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using insurance portals, EMR systems, and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of HIPAA compliance and healthcare regulations.
Experience:
  • 3-4 years of experience in healthcare eligibility verification, insurance claims, or revenue cycle management is a plus.
Work Schedule & Location:
  • This role is completely remote
  • Shift timings 5:30 pm - 2:00 am (US Shift)
