** EventMobi is a remote-first company and this is a fully remote position. You may reside anywhere provided you are able to accommodate CET (Central European Time) working hours. Fluency in English and German is required for this role.

As an integral part of an allstar Customer Success team in Europe, the CSM is the primary owner of our existing client business. 


Working in this team, you will have a front-row seat to our customers’ success. Acting as their Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for proactively engaging with each of your assigned customers - regularly providing product demos, onboarding calls, educating them on new services, gathering feedback & ensuring their overall event success in order to drive account growth and retention YoY.

WHAT YOUR WORK WILL FOCUS ON

  • Manage a pipeline of existing customer business to drive customer retention & growth and achieve Net Revenue Retention & Account Retention Targets
  • Be the first point of contact for our amazing customers when they need help - we work with professional event planners and event marketers working at small to large corporations, associations and event agencies.
  • Be responsible for initial onboarding, strategy conversations and building ongoing relationships with key customers.
  • Drive product adoption and achieve the highest level of customer success through proactive engagement and support.
  • Build long-term relationships with 60+ accounts by conducting regular onboarding calls, training, account-level debriefs, product demos & check-in calls.
  • Prospect for growth opportunities within your existing client base through referral and other networking initiatives.
  • Stay on top of active events and manage projects from conception to post-event by liaising with various team members from graphics design, support, product and professional service teams.
  • Follow the AM Daily Dashboard workflow provided in the CRM to ensure prioritized regularly scheduled touchpoints with your accounts.
  • Maintain a clean and up to date pipeline forecast to be reviewed weekly with your manager.
  • Actively participate and contribute to team meetings, Slack discussions & 1:1s
  • Leverage a mix of communication methods (phone, meeting, in mails, emails) to proactively engage and grow your accounts.

 

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2 - 3 years experience in B2B Sales, Customer Success or Event Management (SaaS preferred)
  • Experience working with event technology, including: registration, event app, badges, AV solutions, virtual events.
  • Prior experience providing in-person support or on-site services is a plus.
  • A track record of achieving and/or exceeding targets through upsell and growth
  • Unbeatable listening skills. It’s one thing to talk, it’s another to listen. You will need to hone in on what the customer is truly asking for, and be able to reflect back.
  • Extensively worked within CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Obtained a Bachelor's degree or equivalent

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

  • Reporting to the Director of Sales, you’ll work alongside an all-star team of Sales pros from across the globe, who are passionate about serving our customers, and enjoy collaborating with a healthy dose of friendly competition.
  • You’ll also work closely with the Customer Success teams and Professional Services teams to support project delivery and deliver on shared client retention goals.

REMOTE WORKSPACE REQUIREMENTS: 

  • You have a safe, comfortable, and ergonomic workspace and working environment - a private and quiet workspace is a vital requirement for doing your best work!
  • You have a reliable internet connection capable of participating in video calls, with at least 30 mbps download speed
