About the role

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to nurture and expand relationships with our existing customers in the Netherlands while driving new business acquisition.

In this role, you will focus on:

  • 75% Account Management: Strengthening relationships with current customers through cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.

  • 25% New Business Acquisition: Following up on leads, closing deals, and onboarding new customers (no cold calling required).

Key responsibilities

  • Engage with enterprise clients and assist them with their short-term and long-term business requirements;

  • Cross-sell & Up-sell our products and services to our clients helping grow their business with us;

  • New Business Acquisition: follow up on leads, convert prospects into customers, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

  • Provide an excellent customer experience from the initial call to final sale closure;

  • Work closely with support & product teams to help meet the clients needs;

  • Offer a high level of service meeting our department key metrics for Sales, Quality and Productivity;

  • Represent the company at major industry events such as ICANN, CloudFest, and other key networking conferences to build relationships and drive new business opportunities.
