Manage the restaurant owner’s calendar, appointments, and daily tasks. Respond to emails, customer inquiries, and catering requests in a timely and professional manner. Assist with ordering supplies, tracking inventory, and managing vendor relationships. Prepare reports, process invoices, and maintain accurate records. Post daily and weekly specials, promotions, and updates on social media platforms. Work with SpotHopper to ensure accurate restaurant promotions, menu updates, and marketing strategies.. Monitor and check payments, orders, and refunds from DoorDash, Uber Eats, and other third-party platforms. Coordinate catering requests, schedule deliveries, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Core responsibilities:

Min 2.5 years Proven Experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or Administrative Coordinator, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry. Experience using SpotHopper, DoorDash, Uber Eats, and other restaurant management tools (preferred but not required).
