What You Will Be Doing:

Expanding Elastic’s presence within key Public Sector accounts, particularly HMRC and DWP, by identifying and unlocking new opportunities.
Acting as a trusted advisor, helping customers extract real-world value from their data and accelerate digital transformation.
Evangelizing Open Source and championing Elastic’s search-powered solutions across Enterprise Search, Observability, and Security.
Uncovering and driving new use cases by working directly with technical teams, developers, and decision-makers.
Collaborating across business functions, partners, and communities to create a robust ecosystem that fuels sustained growth.
Managing complex sales cycles and delivering predictable and accurate forecasts.

What You Bring With You:

A track record of overachievement in Public Sector SaaS sales, with a growth-driven mindset and a proven ability to break into new accounts.
Deep domain knowledge of Public Sector challenges and the ability to engage with both technical and executive stakeholders.
Experience selling into HMRC, DWP, or similar UK government organisations.
Passion for Open Source and Elastic’s community-driven approach.
Ability to navigate complex procurement processes while maintaining agility and speed in execution.
