Senior Project Manager, Delivery

The Senior Project Manager, Delivery is a key member of the Enterprise team.  This role partners with our clients to lead implementations of SoundHound’s conversational AI platform with organizations nationwide. The Senior Project Manager is the go-to person for the internal engineering teams and client technical teams. The position leads these teams through the implementation phases, to the go-live moment. The role sets them up for a successful long-term experience with our integration service. This position requires people skills, project management prowess, and technical expertise.

In this role, you will:

• Have a firm understanding and commitment to the end-to-end plan to accomplish client engagement goals.
• Manage multiple, active work streams with clients and serve as their trusted liaison.
• Build a project plan using our standard implementation template to deliver on the cognitive use case implementation.
• Lead daily stand-ups to elicit discipline toward delivering results.
• Write, defend, and execute business cases and value propositions
• Solve complex business problems through top-down thinking

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of project management experience
• 3+ years of experience managing internal and external relationship management
• 3+ years of experience in managing technical teams in a direct or matrixed capacity
• 2+ years of industry experience in one of the following verticals: Financial, Professional Services, Technology Services, Media, Insurance, Healthcare, Finance, Telecommunications, or Government
• Proficient with Atlassian and Google products and can successfully implement all aspects of agile
• Experience managing delivery risks by addressing exceptions and making thoughtful escalations
• Proven ability to lead, collaborate, and mentor, demonstrating professional etiquette in all interactions
• Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, including client executive teams.
• Ability to incorporate the voice of the customer and your peers into process, product, and professional development
• Knowledgeable in AI/cognitive and machine learning domains

This position is available for remote work across the Pacific (specifically, Los Angeles area) timezone(s) in the United States, except for the states listed below. The estimated salary for this position is $102,000 USD - $126,000 USD plus equity. In addition to salary and equity, you will receive comprehensive healthcare, paid time off, and other benefits. Our recruiting team will provide a specific salary range based on location and years of experience.
