As a Surgical Vision Suite Manager for Veneto, you will be trusted to drive sales and promote Alcon’s cutting-edge visualization and diagnostic portfolio within your designated territory.

In this role, a typical day will include:
•    Collaborating with surgeons, clinical teams, and key stakeholders to identify opportunities and drive adoption of Alcon’s surgical visualization and diagnostic solutions.
•    Leading product demonstrations and training sessions in operating rooms and clinical settings to showcase the benefits of Alcon’s advanced technologies, including Luxor Revalia, Ngenuity, Argos and Verion.
•    Building and maintaining strong customer relationships by providing expert consultation and troubleshooting support for surgical equipment.
•    Driving market penetration and sales growth by executing strategic account plans, leveraging Salesforce for tracking and reporting.
•    Working cross-functionally with Alcon’s sales teams to identify leads, develop targeted strategies, and ensure seamless customer engagement.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:
•    University degree or equivalent qualification.
•    3-5 years of experience in medical devices and/or pharma, preferably in a surgical environment.
•    Proven sales experience in an operating theatre setting, particularly with capital equipment.
•    Strong technical understanding of digital diagnostics, visualization systems, and clinical workflow integration.
•    Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
