Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (Client Acquisition) to drive sales and expand our client base in the US Staffing industry . The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the US recruitment market , proven experience in client acquisition , and the ability to build long-term business relationships with direct clients and MSPs.
Key Responsibilities:
- 3+ years of experience in US staffing business development, client acquisition, or sales.
- Proven track record of acquiring direct clients, MSP/VMS accounts, and large enterprises.
- Strong understanding of US recruitment models, compliance, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Bullhorn, or other ATS systems.
- Must be comfortable working in US time zones (EST/PST).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Existing client relationships in the US staffing market.
- Experience selling contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire staffing solutions.
- Knowledge of IT staffing, engineering, healthcare, or financial services domains.
