We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Proposal Manager to join our team. The Proposal Manager will play a key role in supporting the sales organization throughout the proposal process. This role involves engaging in critical stages of proposal development, including identification, qualification, and response. The ideal candidate will leverage previous proposal responses, templates, and best practices while collaborating with cross-functional teams to create compelling and winning proposals.
What Your Impact Will Look Like HereManaging Request for Proposals across a variety of markets and productsManaging projects with Diverse Cross-Functional Teams(legal, product, sales, services, etc.)Perform initial RFP Analysis and recommend bid/no-bid decisionRespond to RFPs within self-imposed deadlines through the assessment of requirements, utilization and coordination of resources, and task prioritizationAbility to complete RFPs with minimal supervisionMaintain and Update Response LibraryMaintain and Update Vendor Registrations in Coordination with Legal DepartmentSupport Contract Renewals in Coordination with Renewals TeamYou will love this job if you haveBachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience3 years of experience in RFP/Sales Operations roleProven track record of managing and winning RFx activities for the state/local/federal governmentDemonstrated expertise in all facets of proposal development lifecycleKnowledge of Word including the use of styles and formatting toolsKnowledge of Acrobat – to include editing and completing forms
