Job description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Social Content Producer to lead our client's social media strategy. This role requires a proven track record in designing/filming and executing social media campaigns that grow brand awareness, engage new audiences, and deliver measurable results.

Reporting to the Senior Social Media Manager, the Social Content Producer will develop and implement social media initiatives, working across the organization to create compelling, social-first content that engages with our client's audience. 

Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST

Responsibilities:

  • Create all social media assets for our client, including photography & video

  • Lead strategy, planning, and execution for social media including ongoing/daily posting, social campaigns, platform management, and consumer engagement

  • Including, but not limited to: Campaigns, Content & storytelling, Platform optimization, Influencer relationships, and initiatives

  • Serve as brand social lead, developing and executing best-in-class social strategy in alignment with sales channel stakeholders and cross-functional partners, with a shared goal to increase engagement and improve organic social traffic to all sales channels

  • Scale the community and increase engagement

  • Stay up-to-date on new social media tools, best practices, competitive activity, and other social media leaders

  • Maintain a consistent voice, personality, and look & feel for the brand across all social channels

  • Provide ad-hoc, biweekly, and yearly analyses on performance to internal shareholders

  • Define, establish, and maintain a social content calendar, including developing creative concepts from ideation to execution

Ideal candidate: 

  • The ideal candidate has a strong aesthetic sense, a passion for wellness, and a deep understanding of social media trends

  • 3+ years of experience in the Digital + Social Media industry, preferably with a fitness/wellness brand.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing photography, videography, and design skills

  • Proficiency with platforms and tools (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Later, Capcut, Asana, etc.)

  • Collaborative finesse in building strong cross-functional relationships that foster innovation and creativity

  • Experience in leading high-performing teams and people management skills

  • A strategic mindset that has driven successful organic growth campaigns, resulting in impressive sales outcomes
