Job description

Marketing Analytics Manager
We re seeking analysts who have experience working in a marketing context. As a data
analyst, you will be responsible for using data and analytics to support our marketing,
product, and creative teams in day-to-day decision-making and work with the leadership
teams to build data products to support the company s growth. Your expertise in marketing
analytics will help us identify new growth strategies, and optimize our marketing programs to
help us achieve our business goals.

This is a full-time on-site position at our office in Pune, India. You ll be required to
work some of your time in the US Pacific time zone and you will be reporting to the
Director of Growth.

Responsibilities Include
  • Work with our leadership team to set monthly, quarterly, and annual goals and ensure you're meeting those goals, as well as helping marketing/creative teams achieve their goals.
  • Lead communication on your projects on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis via meetings and presentations.
  • Manage projects in an agile environment that involve data pipelines, data sets, reports, dashboards, recommendation engines, automation frameworks, and predictive analytics.
  • Help build and maintain the reporting and analytics tools that will be used by the leadership, marketing, product, and creative teams in day-to-day decision-making.
  • Ensure any reporting or analytics requests assigned to you from the leadership, marketing, product, and creative teams are delivered in a timely manner.
  • Gather and analyze marketing data from various sources, including digital channels, customer databases, and market research, to develop a comprehensive understanding of target audiences.
  • Develop and maintain marketing performance dashboards that provide actionable insights and metrics to optimize marketing campaigns and activities.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to design and execute data-driven marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Work closely with product and creative teams to help launch, report on, and analyse product and creative tests.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of customer behavior, segmentation, and campaign effectiveness to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our business ecosystem, user behaviors, and long-term trends to identify levers to help move key metrics.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Monitor industry changes and translate those into actionable recommendations.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Must be comfortable working some of their time in the US Pacific time zone, working on-site from our office in Pune, India.
  • Has a solid understanding of digital marketing channels, metrics, and KPIs.
  • Has a strong track record of solving analytical problems using quantitative and statistical approaches.
  • Has very strong communication skills - written, verbal, and presentation skills - with the ability to communicate complex quantitative insights in a precise, and actionable manner.
  • Has a leadership mindset with an emphasis on ownership - you re a self-starter and a quick learner.
  • Can work in a team environment across hierarchy and functions to meet assigned goals.
  • Loves working in a fast-paced rapidly evolving start-up environment - with a focus on problem-solving and new challenges.
  • Is comfortable managing multiple projects - strong project management skills and organization.

Education & Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics.
  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent in data science, analytics, statistics, or a related field.
  • Bonus for experience with email marketing or social media marketing.
  • Must have intermediate to expert level command of SQL, spreadsheet software, data visualization platforms (e.g., Google Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI), and cloud platforms (Amazon or Google).
  • Must have some knowledge and experience of R/Python, and other automation tools, techniques, and strategies.
  • Bonus for experience with email marketing or social media marketing.
  • Familiarity with data analytics, lead generation, and revenue growth strategies is also a plus.
