Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.

  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.

  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently, escalating issues when necessary.

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

  • Assist in processing orders, refunds, and exchanges when required.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and support processes.

  • Identify common customer concerns and provide feedback to management for continuous improvement.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and Australian consumer laws.



Requirements
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in customer service, support, or a similar role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Experience handling phone, email, and chat-based customer interactions.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, Freshdesk) is preferred.
  • Ability to problem-solve and handle difficult customer interactions with professionalism.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience working with an Australian-based company is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Australian consumer rights and basic compliance regulations is desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools and software quickly.
