This is a remote position.
Responsibilities
Manage invoicing processes, including creating, sending, and following up on client invoices
Assist with client intake procedures and organize engagement letters
Create and maintain digital file systems for client and firm documents
Track expenses and manage client billing records
Handle administrative tasks to keep the firm’s operations running smoothly
Communicate with clients via email using provided templates
Requirements
Strong proficiency in computer use and various software applications
Experience with or willingness to learn QuickBooks
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Proactive problem-solving approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Spanish language skills preferred but not required
Scope
Full-time (40+ hours/week) position - Monday to Friday from 9 Am t 6 PM
Remote work aligned with East Coast time zone (EST/EDT)
Focus on administrative tasks for a transactional law firm
Potential for long-term engagement and growth within the role
